New Brunswick Aerospace and Defence Association (NBADA)
We asked Judy Bradt to demystify US government procurement, and enlighten New Brunswick Aerospace and Defence (NBADA) members about the processes involved in pursuing business. Our event objective was to present a basic framework and set a firm foundation; Judy provided that very well. We met and exceeded the expectations of all the members. An overview like this gives our members confidence to approach US government opportunities.
Judy brought to NBADA expertise that didn’t exist. The whole purpose was to get someone who knows this subject matter, which NBADA didn’t have, and to create for our members another node on their network. Judy is a referral point for NBADA and its members.
Best of all, we liked Judy’s flexibility and her willingness to do what we required for that audience. She was always driving toward what people need, and really wanted to tailor this presentation for us and what we needed. To her prospective clients, I would say that Judy is very knowledgeable and has a great speaking presence. I don’t think they could go wrong in hiring her.
As an Association Board Member, I can confidently say how much the New Brunswick Aerospace and Defence Association (NBADA) and its partners appreciated having you speak at the event Doing Business in the United States -- An Aerospace and Defence Focus. Your experience and knowledge provided a wonderful opportunity for NBADA members to gain very valuable insights.
I personally found the event wonderfully beneficial. The first step as I see it, in planning a strategy to do work in the United States, is education and awareness. Companies need to understand the procurement process if we are to adroitly navigate the required steps and secure the right relationships."
