Our Trade Commissioners in the US, who handle transportation, needed a briefing on what the Buy American Act provisions were with respect to transit. Judy Bradt had a challenging path to walk. To learn that we can speak to someone in his position directly is very valuable.
Her presentation and advice will help us to cut through all the bureaucracy in getting direct answers for companies. Without Judy's help, it isn't easy.
